Overview

Kriya (legal name Kriya Finance Limited, formerly MarketInvoice 2011–2019, then MarketFinance 2019–2022, rebranded to Kriya in November 2022) is a UK B2B BNPL and invoice finance platform. The company has originated over £3 billion in financing to UK businesses. Kriya offers B2B PayLater (checkout-integrated buyer credit), invoice finance, and embedded B2B checkout payments through partnerships with Stripe (Kriya was Stripe's first B2B PayLater partner in the UK), Barclays (distribution partner), and others. IMPORTANT STATUS NOTE: Kriya was acquired by Allica Bank on October 20, 2025 and is no longer an independent company. The Kriya brand may continue operating as a product within Allica Bank's offering. The data points below reflect Kriya at its independent peak and prior to integration with Allica. Founded in 2011 in London by Anil Stocker and Ilya Kondrashov. Funding stage at acquisition was late_stage (last equity Series B 2019; £50M debt facility January 2024). Geography is UK-only for merchants, with buyer approvals available in 45 countries.
