Overview

Two (Two AS / Two B2B Ltd, formerly Tillit) is an Oslo-headquartered B2B BNPL platform, founded in 2021 by Andreas Mjelde, Kjetil Garborg, and Magnus Hvass. The company offers instant net terms at checkout (ranging from 14 days up to 36 months for larger purchases) with sub-2-second AI credit decisions. Sellers receive payment upfront, and Two absorbs all credit and fraud risk. A defining feature is Two's partnership with Allianz Trade via the Allianz Trade pay product: for large multinationals, the tripartite Two + Allianz Trade + Santander CIB structure provides a globally scalable enterprise B2B BNPL solution. DNB joined as banking partner in March 2026 for the Nordics. Two operates across the UK, EU (Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, Spain, and 19 markets total), with a US launch in Q2 2025 that already represents approximately 20% of revenue. The integration model includes direct API, pre-built plugins (Magento, WooCommerce, Optimizely, Shopify via Mondido, Qliro, Avarda), and PSP partnerships including Yapily for open banking payouts. Backers include Sequoia Capital, LocalGlobe, Antler, and Alliance Ventures. Notable customers include Elkjøp Nordic (Currys group), Komplett, NetOnNet, and Aescape (US). Pricing is semi-transparent: a transaction fee model positioned below typical card processing rates (1.5–3.5%).
